Do you own GYROTONIC® equipment? If so, we can use your equipment to guide, assist, and challenge your movement experience. I will be there virtually to give you personal feedback and attention so you finish your workout feeling connected, light, and alive inside yourself.

“I had the good fortune of discovering Roseann's online gyrokinesis courses at the start of our Covid-19 lockdown. I have tried yoga/pilates in the past but was not sure what was involved or what to expect from gyro. After taking the online group class weekly for about 2 months, I can now say that the movements and breathing techniques in gyro are much more effective that yoga/pilates, and communicate with my body and nervous system in a novel and beneficial way! I find my breathing is easier after gyro and my stress level much reduced. I am also noticing improved flexibility and strength.
