Since 2014 I have had the pleasure of calling San Francisco GYROTONIC® my home studio. Under the guidance of studio owner and Master Trainer Debra Rose, I am surrounded by an inspiring and supportive community of skilled trainers.

Due to COVID-19, the studio is operating with a limited capacity for all in-person private sessions, group classes and training courses for the time being.

San Francisco GYROTONIC® is committed to our community’s health & safety and prioritize these considerations now more than ever. Our studio ensures physical distancing & sanitization protocols laid out by the city and state are met and exceeded. 

The Virtual Zoom sessions and classes remain a permanent addition to San Francisco GYROTONIC®’s offerings.
